FLU VACCINATION SERVICE
Did you know that 69 million days were lost to staff illness last year, and the most common mild illness in these figures was FLU? We offer flu vaccination in all our clinics OR we can come to you. HEPATITIS B VACCINATION SERVICE
If you, your employees or colleagues travel abroad regularly or for long periods to countries where the healthcare facilities are unknown, you may wish to consider having the Hepatitis B vaccination. Did you know that over 350 million people worldwide are infected with Hepatitis B, that 10% of the population in parts of Africa and Asia are carriers. Hepatitis B could be spread through un-sterile instruments and unscreened blood but also is transmitted through blood and body fluids. It can live in dried blood for up to one week. Therefore if your work puts you at higher risk of injury, you work with children, in healthcare or even just for long periods in affected areas you may be deemed at higher risk. Following a full course of vaccination and booster you can be provided with life long cover.
Alternatively if your work in the UK places you at occupational risk – e.g Police force, healthcare workers or carers we can provide you with the necessary injections required to give you protection. We also provide hepatitis B blood testing to make sure the vaccines worked sufficiently.

The Nomad Travel Clinics have their own in-house pharmacy which produces customised and specialist medical kits for companies for use either in the UK or anywhere abroad.
