Nomad are a private medical organisation, who are specialists in Travel Health. We are a small, but mighty, team based across, Dublin, London, Manchester, Cardiff & Bristol. We have a range of travel health clinics lead by nurses across the UK, with a head office function based mainly remotely, but hybrid in the office from London, Manchester and Dublin. Nomad is a 32 year old company, who have recently teamed with Masta clinics – to become a huge player in the UK Travel Health market.

Clinic Support Administrator

The role:

We are looking for a new Clinic Support Administrator to work in our London Travel Health clinics. You will be hosting the Clinic location, working on the reception desk, greeting all clients, making sure our clients are looked after, that medical records are kept in order, supporting the clinical staff and ensuring that friendly professionalism is upheld at all times.

The job is not a traditional receptionist role, we encourage staff to chat to our clients about their upcoming trips, take responsibility over the presentation of the front of house, work closely with the lead nurse, be active throughout the day problem solving and finally ensuring the smooth running of the clinic on a day to day basis.

Essential:

  • This role will suit someone who is: personable, well communicative, eloquent in both verbal & written communication, a self-starter, organised, motivated, passionate about their work, a team oriented worker and driven by the customer’s needs.
  • A high standard of IT & Computer literacy is essential
  • A high standard of communication competency (both verbal & written) is essential for communicating with clients & internal staff
  • Ability to self manage & prioritise time effectively is essential

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite is desirable
  • Experience of working in a clinical, customer services or reception role is desirable

Qualifications:

  • At least GCSE’s / Equivalent +
  • Fluent English speaking
  • 1+ year in the professional full time workforce

  • Salary shown is for full time hours
