Nomad’s FREE Click & Collect service lets you buy online & reserve items to collect from your nearest Nomad store.
Please note: Some items are not available for Click & Collect- all Antimalarials and Medical Kits with POM. Unfortunately, Click & Collect is not available at our Bath, Birmingham and Cardiff stores.

1.Fill Up Your Basket
On any products you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to Basket’. Once you’ve added everything you need, go to your Basket (top right corner of the page) and click ‘Checkout’. Enter your discount code if you have one. Once you’re happy everything you need is added to your basket, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
2.Login or Register
If you already have an account with Nomad, simply enter your email address and password to login. If this is your first time at Nomad, register to create a new account.
3.Select Your Delivery Option
For Click & Collect choose ‘Store Collection’ from the ‘Delivery Preference’ drop-down list. If you have any info relating to your order that you think your collection store needs to know; enter this in ‘Special Instructions’.
4.Choose Your Store
Once you’ve selected Store Collection, a list of stores with your items in stock will appear and you can choose the most convenient location for you to collect from.
5.Complete Your Order
Review your order and add a Gift Voucher code if you have one, then click ‘Complete Order’ and you will be redirected to the secure payment system.
6.Await Confirmation
You will recieve an email with confirmation of your order, and then your chosen store will contact you by phone and email within 48 hours to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
7.Collect Your Items!
Use the Store Finder to check the address and opening hours of your chosen location. Bring I.D such as a passport or driving license, as well as your order number and the store staff will have your items ready for you. We will hold your order for 7 days.
